Cancellation policy.
‘Footcare On The Heath’ operates a cancellation policy. Our policy is similar to many other medical clinics and we kindly ask all patients to adhere to it.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment we simply ask you to give a minimum of 24 hours notice for our shorter 30 minute appointments and 48 hours notice for our longer appointments. If this minimum is not adhered to, we reserve the right to charge the full treatment cost of the appointment.
We obviously understand that from time to time circumstances dictate that an appointment will be missed or less than the 24 hours notice will be given. On such occasions we will always do our very best to be lenient but frequent missed appointments are disruptive to the smooth running of the clinic and can be inconvenient to other patients.
Arriving for your appointment
Please try to arrive on time for your appointment, you are welcome to arrive early and take a seat in the waiting area. If you arrive late for your appointment the time of your treatment session may be reduced if we have other patients scheduled after your appointment. If arrival is later than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time there may not be sufficient time to carry out the treatment.
